Create Reports to Get Current Views on Responses

You can launch reports anytime to get the latest responses submitted by users. You can preview and edit the report results before you generate the final report.

 

Report on one instance of a questionnaire. An instance is specific to one assigned user. For example, if you launched a campaign and invited 6 users, you'll choose 1 of 6 instances for your report. (You need to be campaign/questionnaire owner to create this report)

Report on multiple questionnaires launched from one template. You'll choose a template and, optionally, apply filters. If no filters are applied, all questionnaires launched using the template are included. You can also select the retired versions of questionnaire templates to include in your report.  (You need to be campaign/questionnaire owner to create this report.)

Report on a single campaign. (You must be a campaign owner to create this report.)

How do I download a report?How do I download a report?

When you create a report a preview of the same is displayed first in a new tab. You can edit the report to change any filter or edit display settings and click Download. Your report is then generated and is downloaded in the desired format. Once the final report is generated it is added to the data list in the Reports tab.

Alternatively, you can hover over a completed report in the report list and choose Download from the menu. The report will be downloaded locally in the format chosen when the report was created.

Can I delete reports?Can I delete reports?

Yes,hover over a report in the list and choose Delete from the menu. To delete multiple reports, select them and choose Delete from the Actions menu above the list.

Tags are a way of organizing assets and configurations and to control user access to them. To add or remove tags for a report, hover over the report and choose Add Tags or Remove Tags from the menu.
