We'll use your browser's time zone by default but you can choose a different time zone in your User Profile settings. Simply choose User Profile below your user name (in the top, right corner), and then go to the Locale tab to select a time zone.
For APIs and XML reports, the date format follows standards in RFC 3339 and ISO 8601. The UI and other report formats show dates/times in a Qualys standard format.
