Remediation Setup

This is a global setting for the subscription.

Select options for controlling ticket status changes in the subscription and select a timeframe for which to display tickets in your tickets list . The option to change the timeframe to display tickets is available based on the user role.

- Managers can set ticket transition options (global for the subscription).

- Managers, Unit Managers, Scanners and Readers can set their own timeframe to display tickets.

- Remediation Users will see tickets modified within the last 30 days and this is not configurable.
