Make Your Exception Request

Note: Exceptions Management is not available in SCA Only subscriptions. PC is required to create and manage exceptions.

All you have to do now is select the user who will be assigned the exception and enter comments to be included in the exception history. The list of possible assignees includes all users who have privileges to the host.

What happens next?

The exception will appear in the Exceptions list (under PC > Exceptions) with a status of Pending. An authorized user will review your request and choose to Approve or Reject it. Authorized users include all Managers, all Auditors and Unit Managers who have been granted this permission.
