Campaign Settings

It's easy to create campaigns to send out questionnaires.

Campaign Name

Choose a name that identifies the information and details you are gathering from your campaign. A dashboard will be created with the same name to help you track the progress of this campaign.

Set a due date

Decide the date by which you want to receive all responses for the questionnaires in your campaign from the invited users. This date will be displayed to the responder when the questionnaire is sent out.

Choose questionnaire template

We’ll send a questionnaire based on this template to each user you invite. All users you invite to a campaign will receive the same questionnaire. Create custom templates or save time by adding a template from our library. Once you create your campaign you can't change the template.

Choose a workflow

Workflow defines the stages this campaign will go through once it is launched. All stages must complete in order for the campaign to complete. Pick a workflow that matches your needs:

Simple - This is a 2 step workflow. Gather responses until all questions are answered, then mark as complete (status Complete).

Reviewable - This is a 3 step workflow. Gather responses until all questions are answered, questionnaire review by Reviewer, then mark as complete (status Complete). You will need to assign the Reviewer.

Full - This is a 4 step workflow. Gather responses until all questions are answered, questionnaire review by Reviewer, questionnaire approval by Approver, then mark as complete (status Complete). You will need to assign the Reviewer and Approver.

Invite users to your campaign

Select the users you want to complete your questionnaire. We'll send each user an email notification with a secure link to the questionnaire based on the template you've selected for your campaign.

You can invite users:
- in your subscription
- outside of your subscription
- from your organization
- external to your organization
