Use tags to organize your sites and reports and to control user access to them.
Tags are tool for organizing assets and controlling user access to assets. You might apply tags to web sites, for example, according to the department or business unit that owns them. You might further tag them according to their business function. Users with tags applied to their scopes (in the Administration utility) are able to access any asset with a tag matching one in their scope.

You can apply tags when adding your site or later by editing the site. You can also add tags to one or more sites in the sites list by choosing Add Tags from the Actions menu.
You can apply tags when you save a report by choosing tags in the Save Report window. You can apply tags to reports already saved to your report list by choosing Add Tags from the Actions menu.
